Friends of the Forestry Farm House Incorporated

Continue to provide educational tours for schools on the importance of shelter belts and how the sutherland forest nursery station provided those trees and shrubs. Conduct open houses and site tours in the warmenr months for the general public to learn of the purpose of the site and to see some of the trees and shrubs developed to survive the prairier climate. Worked on archiving photographing and describing all artifacts from the nursery station days including pamplets books and original photos in addition to tools and equipment used by the station. We are using these items in education.
