Friends of Birds Hill Park Inc.

As a friends of a provincial park we had been negotiating with the province on a partnership agreement. Perhaps affected by the run-up to the provincial election and subsequent change in government in october 2023 our negotiations with the province stalled. While waiting for the province to re-engage the board was hesitant to decide on direction especially since some board members' level of participation had declined due to unexpected personal/family limitatiions on their available time. We are actively recruiting members to replace those will be stepping away at the next agm and drafting a revised strategic plan for approval by the membership.
