To advance education in relation to the canadian healthcare system and healthcare policy: (1) conducting research into healthcare policy and challenges facing the canadian healthcare system and disseminating the results of the research to the public; (2) providing scholarships and awards to students undertaking graduate-level research at canadian universities in areas relating to healthcare policy and systems; (3) educating the public on the history structures and policies underlying the canadian healthcare system through the delivery of structured on-line courses seminars and lectures; and (4) creating a publicly accessible on-line archive of non-partisan research into topics relating to healthcare policy and the canadian healthcare system.
