Four Counties Health Services Foundation

Four Counties Health Services Foundation (FCHS Foundation) continues to support Four Counties Health Services (FCHS) in achieving its mission to provide the health care we would expect for our own families keeping care close to home. With limited government funding for capital equipment FCHS relies on the generosity of our communities to raise funds for the purchase of essential medical equipment. The role of the foundation is to facilitate this fundraising and provide the link between a donor and the hospital. The funds that are donated ensure the high level of health care for residents of the FCHS catchment area have come to expect of their local hospital. FCHS Foundation is responsible for collecting all donations bequests and other gifts designated for use at FCHS. FCHS Foundation works closely with the hospital to fund patient medical equipment priorities identified by FCHS through campaigns appeals and special events.
