We provide emergency relief in disastrous areas & to improving living conditions in rural & small villages. We focus primarily in caring to special needs children & seniors. We train volunteers & send missionaries for outreach programs to unreached mainly in china taiwan and south korea. Focus on seniors in ethnic communties & children with special needs & medical concerns when parents cannot afford to care for their children financially.
