The foundation exists to contribute to the public welfare by the advancement of the specialty of oral and maxillofacial surgery by supporting research and investigate studies and the dissemination of knowledge from such and by the continuing education or oral and maxillofacial surgeons. In addition the foundation can provide through its members charitable oral and maxillofacial surgical care to those less privileged and less served worldwide. The goal of the foundation are: a. To take and hold by bequest devise gift grants purchase lease or otherwise either absolutely or jointly with any other person or persons or corporations for any of the purposes set for this article any property real personal or mixed or any undivided interest therein without limitation as to amount of value to convey sell or otherwise dispose of such property and to invest reinvest and deal with the same in such manner as in the judgment of the trustees will be advance the purposes of the foundation subject to such limitations if any as are or mayn be prescribed bu statute but without and free from restriction applicable to the trustee or trust funds. To carry on the following education ( literacy public scientific and charitable) purposes or any of them both directly and by the application of assets to the use of the foundation exclusively for the promotion of educational ( charitable scientific or literacy) purposes or to any other corporation trust fund or foundation whose purposes and operations are exclusively education ( charitable scientific or literacy).
