Improve the moral and ethical development of the community by promoting human rights and freedoms in accordance with the canadian and quebec human rights charters through the following activities: (1) present workshops lectures seminars and roundtable discussions on human rights; (2) distribute material that allows a better sensitization on human rights and their violations ; (3) prepare and disseminate reports and make recommendations on human rights issues to the public and government authorities. - encourage the proper application and enforcement of the canadian and quebec human rights charters by providing specialized legal advice and assuming the cost of legal services for victims of human rights violations in order to allow access to the remedies provided by law.
