Flin Flon Arts Council Inc.

Sponsoring the various touring performances and locally produced performances throughout the year co-ordinating many workshops and mini-courses in various areas of the arts. Encouraging local visual artists by organizing and supporting visual arts exibits. Acting as a clearing house for cultural information projects and activities. Providing scholarships to graduating high school students who plan to attend post secondary education in performing visual or literary arts. Organized a three day celebration of cultural activities for residents of flin flon/creighton community as part of national cultural days. These activities promoted participation in dance visual and performing arts with no entrance fee.
