First Baptist Church

We hold worship services weekly on sundays. We run programs for youth such as junior high youth and senior high youth on mondays and tuesdays. On wednesday we offer the awana program for elementary school children and bible studies for adults. We host a men's gathering every tuesday morning at 9:30 am for bible study and a 'men's breakfast and prayer' every saturday monring at 7:30 am. We also have a monthly ladies' gathering called 'esthers'. We financially support missionaries and missionary activities. Additionally we organize sports activities such as baseball during the summer for the church family to enjoy once a week. We also hold a vacation bible camp for community children in the summer and engage in other outdoor activities to support food kitchens and inner-city ministries. We have a 'pickleball fellowship' on wednesday and saturday mornings that promotes healthy living for seniors and fosters fellowship among members of congregation. We resumed the 'feed my people' program in 2024 after a pause during the covid period. This program offers one meal per week to those in need including individuals experiencing homlessness.
