Fife house provides 80% of the dedicated supportive housing and housing support services available to people living with hiv/aids (plha) in the greater toronto area. Fife house is the larges provider of these service for person living with hiv/aids in canada. . Sherbourne: a supportive housing apartment complex in partnership in wooodgreen community services with 45 units designated for occupancy by individuals and families living with hiv/aids. .huntley transitional housing program: 11 units of 9-month transitional housing with private quarter and communal living spaces. Shelter system including 24/7 clinical care a managed alcohol program and food programming . .denison:co-ed residence with 24-hour housing supports for 5 clients and additional support services for 14 clients at 3 nearby satellite sites. .sorauren: women-only programs for 4 clients .jarvis: an 82 units apartment complex with support services available on an as needed basis along with 20 units in neighboring programs. .additions supportive housing program: 38 rent-subsidized units throughout the gta with 24-hours counseling services available in partnership with loft(mcewan house) .homeless outreach program: supports services for 300+ individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Linkage to care: provides people living with hiv with direct service e and care coordination. The program prioritizes applicants who self-identify as black indigenous or a person of color (bipoc) and focuses on ass
