Assisting local fellowship baptist congregations as a consultant by emphasizing the mission if the church and celebrating fruitful activity in these congregations. Provide networking and training opportunities to congregation leaders. Provide resources to congregational leaders to help them accomplish the mission if the church. Be a catalyst and enabler in the starting of the new congregations in atlantic canada.
