Family Support Centre/Safe Home Network

In 2021-2022 The Family Support Centre located in Hay River NT provided the following programs and services to the community to include. Operates and manages a 12 bed safe shelter for women and children fleeing family violence and/or are in crisis. Teen youth group called PHAB and RAD. Transitional Extended Day Program for women and children who are homeless. Food Hamper programs for Indigenous communities Outreach program for Family Violence Prevention to include healthy relationships and bridging community organizations and businesses. Children who witness abuse program Life skills referral for counselling legal education employment and other community services
