Family Resource Centre Society for the North Okanagan

The society provides support and counselling for the community of vernon and the surrounding area. Programs in place are as follows: -community counselling -community support volunteer & senior support volunteer -family support/therapeutic program counsellor -sexual abuse intervention & childrenns services program -women victim of violence -sexual abuse male counselling -post-partum depression counselling- counselling provided to mom's and families struggling with symptoms of anxietyand depression. -community services -lgbtq++ counselling (rainbow program)- counselling and caregiving provided to youth and adults around lgbtq++ support -refugee and immigrant outreach program
