Family and child care resources program- provides support to children families and child care providers in licensed child care settings as well as provider training service planning resource referral facility assessment and family support. 4. Families and school together canada- is a school based group program that strengthens family bonds enhances family relationships and creates community for particpating families. 5. Settlement program- provide support to refugee families who have extra-ordinary settlement issues. 6.resource centres- operates seven neighbourhood family resource centres within subsidized housing developments throughout winnipeg.
