Fairway Legacy Foundation

The society is established exclusively for charitable purposes namely to donate funds to qualified donees: (a) by creating and maintaining a fund or funds and to apply all or part of or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in the income tax act (canada): (b) by using all of the society's resources to further its activities; and (c) by doing all such other things as in the opinion of the directors of the society are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the purposes and the exercise of the powers of the society
