Evangel Pentecostal Assembly

This charity carries out the advancement of religion by providing a place where people worship God observe the ordinances of the church receive instruction in the faith and are equipped for evangelism. In addition to regular worship services the church operates extensive programs for all age groups including Bible studies prayer groups youth programs and Christian education classes. The church also conducts social works ministries such as: • Providing sandwiches to downtown street people; • Offering benevolent assistance during times of crisis; and • Delivering community training programs to meet emerging needs. Key programs include: • SideDoor Drop-In Centre: A free program for junior and senior high school students offered two days a week. It provides healthy snacks schoolwork support and recreational activities like games and sports in the gym. • English Language Learning (ELL) Program: A free program offered to the community twice a week for 6 weeks two times a year to support language learning.
