The rtoero foundation raises funds to support research and programs aimed at improving the quality of life for older adults in canada. We currently invest in geriatrics/gerontology research as well as initiatives that address the growing problem of social isolation and loneliness among older adults. The overarching goal of the rtoero foundation's annual granting program is to identify and partner with researchers and community programmers in order to address the most criticial issues faced by our aging population. The foundation awards grants to projects that improve seniors' health and wellness promote social engagement for the elderly and pursue innovative research in the field of geriatrics and gerontology.
