Hosting monthly virtual support groups for people who have endometriosis to help them with the disease and providing resources so they can get the help they need. Providing educational workshops for youth about endometriosis. Providing youth with pamphlets and handouts andgiving them educational kits. Facilitating educational events for people who have endometriosis and incorporating guest speakers that include healthcare providers such as fertility specialists gynaecologists pelvic floor therapists therapists and doctors. Also providing wellness activities for endometriosis patients that include yoga and meditation. Providing educational workshops at libraries to youth students and adults who have endometriosis and also incorporate wellness activities during the workshops such at meditation and yoga to help patients with the disease and healthcare providers to give more support to patients who have endometriosis.
