Following are the purposes/objects: (a) To support members in the development of a province-wide system of supports and services and its best practices to improve outcomes for children and youth with physical communication or developmental challenges and their families; and (b) To advance education by providing scholarships to students with disabilities to be utilized for post secondary education.
