To promote health by providing medical treatment funding for individuals and/or families whose children are diagnosed with life threatening conditions. To promote health by providing affected individuals with medical treatment funding for health care services or products that prevent and manage serious threats to health and survival. To promote health by providing children with disabilities in developing countries with assistive medical devices including wheelchairs and scooters crutches glasses hearing aids and orthotic devices. To advance education by provoding publically available scholarships and other forms of financial assistance to children of low income households to be used for elementary secondary and postsecondary education. To releive poverty in developing nations by providing food clothing and other basic necessities of life to individuals and families in need. To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purposes. to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therfrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the income tax act (Canada).
