To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to pay or apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to 'qualified donees' under the income taxact (canada) to solicit receive hold invest and administer funds hereafter given to it exclusively for such charitable purposes as set forth above and to that end to take and receive by bequest devise legacy gift grant donation or benefit of trust and enter into agreements contracts and undertakings incidental thereto; to acquire by purchase lease devise gift or otherwise real property and to hold such real property or any interest therein necessary for the actual use and occupation of the corporation or for carrying on of its charitable undertaking and when no longer necessary to sell dispose of and convey the same or any part thereof; to accumulate from time to time part of the fund or funds of the corporation or the income therefrom subject to any statutes or laws from time to time applicable; and to do all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects in a manner that is regarded as charitable.
