1) to establish maintain & conduct a church and to carry out the teaching of the gospel; 2) to employ send out & direct missionaries to preach the gospel; 3) to establish & maintain & conduct classes for religious instruction education and to pay instructors; 4) to print sell & distribute literature of every kind for religious education and to establish & maintain printing plants for such purpose; 5) subject to the 'mortmain & charitable uses act' to receive gifts; 6) to give christian benevolence in practical form to those in need; 7) to purchase lease & to hold land/buildings for the purposes of creating facilities for the members of the congregation; 8) to establish & maintain a school for the instruction of students; 9) to licence & ordain candidates for the works of the ministry.
