Elmwood Residences Inc.

Elmwood residences inc. Provides residential services to individuals who are experiencing intellectual disabilities and have a physical disability. Elmwood operates a 35 space facility and 14 group homes with between 4 and 7 spaces each. Care is provided 24 hours a day for 7 days a week for the residents they support. Elmwood also operates a supported independent living program which provides assistance to 30 disabled individuals living independently in the community elmwood also provides recreational services and opportunities and trustee services for its residents. In 2019 a new group home was opened to provide enhanced supported independent living to 4 individuals.
