Edmonton Women's Shelter LTD

Win house operates temporary emergency shelter accommodations for women and those who identify as a woman with or without children fleeing domestic violence and/or abusive relationships. We offer crisis intervention; education about family violence; access to external resources. After clients leave shelter we continue to offer support and advocacy through our outreach program. In-shelter programs include: child support; access to medical services psychologist emergency clothing and personal necessities; provision of household items. We also operate a 24 hour crisis line. Carol’s house formerly known as win iii helping immigrant and trafficked women since november 2014. Fundraising activities include annual gala golf tournament and bi-annual casino events. Healthy meals – on-site cook hired permanent status post covid-19 funding.
