Edmonton Hospital Workers Child Care Society

Provide high-quality childcare to children between 13 months and 5 years in a learning through play environment inspired by the philosphy of reggio emilia where children learn to respect self respect others respect the environment (modeled by their teachers) and where children are enabled to progress in their learning by having teachers who are knowledgeable about early childhood development. We strive to be an inclusive program. Each classroom has a teacher with special needs training to support a child or children with exceptionalities. Our teachers are supported and encouraged to furthur their learning and skills by attending workshops and conferences. We support parents by providing resources and feedback if needed.
