Provided financial assistance to schools which offer the chinese bilingual program which is a program opens to the general public. -serves as a collective voice for parents of children in the chinese bilingual program -liaises with epsb on matters pertaining to the program-awards deserving students with monetary awards & scholarships. -organizes & promotes activities at nuerous venues and events to showcase chinese language history & cultures through talents of the students in the program to a diverse community engaging them and parents in an active lifestyle. -sharing recreational pursuit through volunteerisms for the broader intergenerational community. - forming good parnership working with community partners within the city through numerous events. - promoting the chinese bilingual program via advertisements road signage school open houses on an annual basis. - no. Of volunteers - approx. 350-300 - -no. Of volunteer hours - approx. 2500-3000 hours celebrated the association's 40th anniversary event on march 16 2024.
