Eastside Arts Society

Eas ongoing programs include providing opportunities & programs for the public to engage and educate the community in the performing and visual arts through the annual open studio event the culture crawl studio 101 art program youth moving art film & video projections demonstrations workshops and exhibits. Eas works with over 100 volunteers who assist with the delivery of the programs for the public. Recent programming includes create arts festival a community initiative connecting the public with art-making workshops public art and demonstrations another new project is the eastside arts district whose goal is to prioritize creation support retention and celebrationof arts in east vancouver and ensure the public awareness and access to the programming.
