(1) Community capacity-building activities; (2) family support including outreach referrals parenting education; (3) early child development pre/peri/post natal supports; (4) peer-to-peer social supports harm reduction education; (5) children's special needs nutrition and other instrumental supports; (6) licensed child care services; (7) housing help supports to individuals and families; (8) training and networking of housing workers and housing support service organizations.
