Emergency assistance to area residents - food clothing plus christmas program providing gifts and clothes to children. Social work staff assist clients with ontario works odsp cpp housing applicaitons and referrals for other services. Two earlyon centres provide comfortable setting where parents caregivers and children can play and learn together plus parent education and support programs as well as nobody's perfect parenting course. After school program (ages 5 to 12) and after school teen program (ages 13 to 18) - help with homework snacks crafts movies and games as well as field trips. Community partnership initiative - social work interns work within social housing buildings assisting residents with various health and behaviour issues.
