East London United Church Outreach (eluco)

The East London United Church Outreach (ELUCO) is committed to advocate and support persons who build community in the midst of ever increasing challenging circumstances. Our programs include a weekly hot lunch and breakfast to children in our low income Marconi Community a young chef and an after-school program. ELUCO also operates a long term food cupboard and a weekly hospitality lunch to mostly low or no income. These endeavors would not be possible without the work of our paid community worker and many volunteers from Marconi community and supporting churches. A trust set up by Glen Eagle provides post secondary and educational assistance to deserving individuals from our low income community. Through the financial assistance from the United Church of Canada our 4 member London United Churches the London Food Bank Harvest Buck Program Sisters of St Joseph Canada Maycourt Club Ontario and fundraising efforts our community worker can manage our programs an in addition provide addiction and mental illness to our east London community members.
