Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie

The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Our Professional Clothing Assistance Program (PCAP) provides women with 1-2 free professional outfits for clients who: Are actively seeking employment Have scheduled job interviews Have an upcoming court appearance Have recently secured employment or a placement/co-op Once employment is secured the clients may return to Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie for their workplace-appropriate clothing needs. Our Breakfast Club program is a 9-week pre-employment program designed to help motivate and inspire women to continue their job search. The program supports our clients as they address any possible obstacles to securing employment. Through the tools and resources they receive participants are empowered to continue and succeed in their job searches. The Working Women’s Group (WWG) formerly (PWG) is a 12-month program held in the morning on the third Saturday of every month. It is facilitated with the help of volunteers addressing topics such as the workplace culture career goals communication mindful meditation and more.
