Dream Community Foundation

'dream community foundation (the 'foundation') was incorporated on june 25 2021 under the provision of part ii of the canada corporations act as a non profit corporation without share capital. It is a registered charity under the income tax act and as a result the organization is exempt from income taxation under section 149 of the income tax act. The purpose of the foundation it to relieve poverty and to address and prevent problems faced by vulerable populations including individuals and families who are vulnerable porr underserved under supported of limited means of low income or in need by: (a) developing managing operating and providing in home stability housing selection housing rentals and other affordable housing programs and services; and (b) providing social support and economic development services and programs including job and skills training job or contract placement programs and other social health community outreach and community integration services programs and supports. In addition the foundation receives and maintains a fund or funds and applies all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the canadian income tax act.
