To promote efficiency of canadian forces for the benefit of the public by supporting air cadet training to youth in order to improve their knowledge of aviation through provision of educational programs & resources and to help them become better citizens by providing them with educational programs & resources such as leadership & communication skills aviation training technical training awards & scholarships & volunteer opportunities in the community.
