Dow's Lake Charitable Foundation

To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to one or more qualified donees within the meaning of the income tax act (canada) as amended from time to time; and to undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the charitable purpose. To engage in such other activities for any purposes except profit in furtherance of the above objects provided that all such activities and purposes shall constitute 'charitable activities' for the purposes of the income tax act (canada).
