Denman Community Land Trust Association

In 2024 for its proposed 8 unit seniors affordable housing project DCLTA kept our community local trustees and associated provincial agencies informed of progress worked to meet the projects regulatory requirements fundraised and researched grant opportunities for the seniors projects and continued to raise funds required to purchase the land. As of Aug 14 2024 DCLTA merged with Denman Housing Association and became a new Charity named Denman Community Housing Society. DCLTA as of August 14 2024 was disbanded then merged with Denman Housing Association to become Denman Community Housing Society
