Delta King Place Housing Society

The society operates a 15 unit assisted living facility. The society is responsible and accountable to the northern health authority for the quality of services provided to the residents. In addition the society operates under an operating agreement with the british columbia housing management commission. The society continues to operate kiwanis senior citizens housing society after its agreement with bc housing ended. The society continues to operate the kiwanis property as a low-rental housing facility for senior citizens.
