Debre-Genet St. Tekle-Haymanot Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church

The organization out reaches to members of the ethiopian orthodox church and other communities with the teaching of the church and assists them in their spiritual being. The church also engaged in providing spiritual counseling to its members and the youth to stay away from use of the drug alcohol and other addictive substances so they they could be free of such substances and be productive members of the society. The church as a charitable organization is also involved in maintaining supporting a house of worship support and maintain mission and missionaries to propagate the ethiopian orthodox faith. The church started giving hand to those new comers to canada.
