(a) to promote racial equality by conducting and publishing research on the subject of combatting racism and antisemitism. (b) to promote racial equality by holding academic conferences on subject of combatting racism and antisemitism. (c) to establish and maintain programs for individuals groups and organizations that have experienced discrimination by providing information and counselling. (d) to receive and maintain a fund and to apply all or part of principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of income tax act (canada): and (e) to do such things as are ancillary and incidental to the attainment of above charitable purposes.
