The purpose of the corporation is to solicit receive manage and maintain a fund or funds and to distribute from time to time all or part of such fund or funds or the income therefrom exclusively for charitable purposes and activities carried on by in connection with in relation to for the benefit of or to enhance or improve or support the charitable activities carried out by or the facilities of crow's theatre a registered charity under the income tax act (canada) incorporated pursuant to the laws of ontario provided that crow's theatre continues to be a registered charity pursuant to the provisions of the income tax act (canada).
