Crescent Fort Rouge United Church

Crescent fort rouge united church is a congregation of the united church of canada within winnipeg presbytery and it provides: 1) worship services each sunday; 2) worship services at other times for special religious observances and for life passages (weddings funerals blessings etc.; 3) sunday school messy church youth programming events and programs to provide religious education and christian formation for people of all ages; 4) book studies discussions and other faith formation/spirituality events and programs; 5) pastoral care counselling support and social services to individuals and families; 6) seminars discussions lectures and exhibits about various social justices issues such as peace equality indigenous issues; 7) emergency personal assistance to homeless and transient people; 8) in cooperation with the government of canada and in cooperation with other community groups sponsorship and settlement services for refugees and general support and assistance in helping them get established in and integrated into canadian society through moral and practical support including assistance with housing food clothing furnishings educational services and basic necessities; 9)out of a desire to work towards the common good of all in the community offers (free or at minimal cost) space for community and self-help groups and exercise programs performing arts groups and others; 10) financial of the...
