Cranbrook Community Forest Society

To protect the environment for the benefit of the public by conducting environmental stewardship projects designed to preserve and protect forest flora and fauna such as establishing and maintaining public trails at cranbrook community forest. To advance education increase the public's understanding and improve community awareness about the importance of supporting and maintaining the integrity of the cranbrook community forest as a valuable outdoor educational and re creational asset by providing maps educational signage interpretive trails kiosks and public communication as well as by maintaining a website to provide information on forest flora and fauna in addition to information on developments and community work. New trail programs were started during the year.
