Palliative support program : including one to one companioning hospital team information and support for family caregivers bereavement support program : including one to one companioning bereavement support groups walking group community education : on advance care planning and hospice palliative care resource library care clinic and wellness care cowichan hospice house accepted its first patient in november of 2020. Cowichan hospice house coordinator & volunteers provide psycho-social and pratical support in patients and their families.
