To enrich the lives of the people of coquitlam by developing collections and providing access to information ideas and knowledge through books programs and other resources in a variety of languages and formats. To provide customer assistance and training in using our resources to facilitate access to the internet and other electronic information resources. To collaborate with other libraries and educational cultural and social agencies and the business community to enhance services to our customers.
