Purpose - to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom fro time to time to qualified donees as defined in the income tax act (canada) activity - accept and receive cash donations from a person (individual corporation trust unincorporated entity) or a group of persons and donate all or a portion of such cash donations to a qualified donee as defined in the income tax act (canada)
