A) to relieve conditions associated with disability by providing life management counselling and services for those people who have a developmental disability and who may also be real hard of hearing or have difficulty with communication referred to hereafter as 'persons with a disability' b) to address and minimize challenges faced by persons with a disability by educating the public and fostering inclusivity by collecting and disseminating information through connections to education training and development and coordinate the various public or private agencies throughout canada c) to encourage and facilitate the development and improvement of means of communication for persons with a disability d) to foster and encourage persons with a disability and their families to obtain education training enjoyment and well-being of resources in their community e) to assist persons with a disability to obtain residential accommodation and support them to maintain stable environments
