Providing information advice and representation to workers and low-income Manitobans appealing decisions related to participation in the federal Employment Insurance program and provincial Employment & Income Assistance program. Partnering with other community-based organizations to provide ongoing information and advice related to EI and EIA. Providing public education and outreach activities informing community members and agencies about various income support and benefit entitlement programs.
