Community Services of Belleville and District

A non-profit organization established in 1978 to respond to the needs for assessment counselling in the community. The organization strives to enhance the effectiveness and well being of people through its many programs including family court clinic behaviour consulting home personnel protective services infant development program family resource and support supervised access and special needs programs for adults and children.
