Community Living Wallaceburg's purpose: We co-create design & deliver supports that empower people to overcome barriers and live the life they choose. Community Living Wallaceburg provides meaningful supports and services to individuals with an intellectual or related disability and their families. The Agency utilizes its resources and community contacts to facilitate person centered planning and provide support options to individuals and other families in the area of accommodation independent living community participation employment respite volunteer services and other activities related to their self determined objectives.
