Community Living Meaford

Operation of developmental and residential services to support developmentally challenged adults. Providing residential care for 16 adults 24 hours per day; proving community supports leisure/ recreation activities for 47 adults monday to friday. Provide supported independent living supports to 17 adults living in the community. Providing supports for young adults transitioning from school to community and support for adults living at home to integrate into the community
