Community Living Greater Sudbury/Integration Communautaire Grand Sudbury

As an agency funded through ministry of children community and social services (mccss) this organization provides community and residential supports (i.e. Addressing health issues living arrangements personal upkeep and daily activities) for physically and developmentally challenged individuals. This organization provides care for these individuals by placing them into residences day programs and with host families at several locations within the community and these programs are monitored and reviewed to ensure that they comply with the wide range of challenges that these individuals face.
